Chat is just filled with the same bind every 10 - 20 seconds non stop

didnt know that new comers where singled out with bind spam, nice to know :). might as well gag half of the people who go on that server, they do the same thing
Edit: you could also actually get an admin on that server to deal with the real issues of the server, such as stalling the round. its just a thought
