I have an idea! Whoever had Tf2 before the F2P update would get there badges upgraded into the soldier of misfortune, who had silver before F2P gets gold and So one, Beta testers Shares the beta badges with the golden guys, Leaving the F2P the Merchinary's badge or would i like to call it Newbie's Prize.
