This player appears to be trying to report or vote kick players for reasons which, from what I've observed in the game this so far at least, have no truth.
They tried to vote kick a player named Laura for 'spamming' (which failed) while I saw no evidence of it. Same happened for another player they tried to report named 'deeps' (which didn't get enough votes), again for racism and I saw no indications in-game of racism from either of these players. Looking at their chat history there appears to be a number of occurrences where this may be happening and this player was also muted for a day fairly recently due to vote abuse.
And another abuse of vote kick (which failed), attempted to kick them for 'bypassing AFK manager':
But as you can see, they were actively playing and simply killed the player yaebualibabu.tv which I imagine is why the player yaebualibabu.tv tried to vote kick them:
