It's not long enough to show mic spam, also several others turned on their mic at the same time making it hard to prove it was this player.

he was priming up to blow into his mic again, when i started the demo, he had already blown into his mic a few seconds earlier

In this video, I see two other mics turn on when his was on. So it's hard to prove that it was his. And without previous context, it's also hard to prove that it was intentional and not a mistake.
