Any enthusiasts here?
Finally decided to order myself a (low-end, admittedly) automatic watch after looking at a lot of options. Will post pictures when it comes. You can see it here

That's really beautiful :0This sounds like a guy wrist-watches thread, but hey, women wear wrist watches too. So, this is the one I wear... got it last Christmas: http://www.michaelkors.com/parker-rose-gold-tone-watch/_/R-US_MK5491
There are women here ? ?? ? jkThis sounds like a guy wrist-watches thread, but hey, women wear wrist watches too. So, this is the one I wear... got it last Christmas: http://www.michaelkors.com/parker-rose-gold-tone-watch/_/R-US_MK5491
Most womens watches are made smaller and lighter than men's, meaning it's easier to put a quartz movement in, meaning women's mechanical usually come in a lot more expensive.it's kind of a shame that women's watches hardly ever have a mechanical movement
Has exactly the same hands as my watch, but yours has a black background so no problem, mine has a silver background so in low light it's damn near impossible to see them.As promised:
Gonna replace the band with something less dressy, probably brown/orange leather or a good NATO strap.![]()
Yeah, I'm totally in love with those kind of hands. I was looking at Seiko's SARB033 at first just because of the beautiful hands but it was out of my budget and also hard to find.Has exactly the same hands as my watch, but yours has a black background so no problem, mine has a silver background so in low light it's damn near impossible to see them.
Looks pretty neat with the black strap, I wouldn't personally go for a brown strap with that black face, and I don't think a steel one would look right either.
I think I'd put something like this on it..
