Is it possible to downgrade from windows 8.1 to 7? I got the serial code under my laptop.
it is possible. I dont recommend it. It is much simpler to get a cheaper slightly less good headset instead of having a long stressful tech process. additionally it is only legal with the Windows 8 Pro version

What you can do is you can press F1 after restarting your computer. From there, you can reset certain programs. I had to do that with my laptop several times since my mouse pad wasn't working. It might work, it might not.
