Help Me! Windows 8.1 Download stuck at 76% "Gathering Files"

Its been downloading the whole day smoothly, and now its been stuck at 76% for half an hour. I'm not sure if I should restart my computer or just let it sit? What do you guys think?

Best bet is to let it sit overnight, if it's not done in the morning restart the download.
