Resolved why was i baneed..

Well yesterday is was playing tf2 on skial , then I had to leave home (very important place)
So i just took the laptop battery's out (Fast way :P) and next day when I opened tf2 and tried to join skial server
It said I'm banned...

You were banned because you tried to connect using an anchorfree IP, which someone had previously been permanently banned on for hacking.

The IP in the ban is a proxy.

I unbanned you and changed the IP of the original ban.

You should not use a proxy to join our servers.
