The Orville, which is like Star Trek mixed with a bit of comedy. That said, Star Trek was also superb before 'Discovery' (which imo should've been its own show entirely). 'Picard' was off to a bit of a slow start in season 1, but it improved quite a bit after season 1.

The story was fresh,, characters were memorable, and the art style was sharp and poignant. Lot of emotions and life lessons.
