Unusual Carouser's Capotain w/ Circling Heart

OR

Unusual Rimmed Raincatcher w/ Orbiting Fire

Are they worth about the same in buds ?

Which effect is higher?

I have currently got the unsual Rimmed Raincatcher w/ O.Fire effect, i dont know if i should 1:1 swap for the Unusual Carouser's Capotain w/ hearts ....
 
Orbiting fire effect is higher but the hats are almost equal, its personal preference at this point. Keep the Raincatcher IMO.
