Where do I go to make a legitimate complaint against an admin? (dustbowl server)

Yes, I'm Turovik in-game (the guy with the dick/balls with sunglasses spray who sometimes randomly sings on the mic)...inb4perma

Anyways I've played TF2 since beta, took a break for a while and just came back recently. I've been playing on Skial servers with a buddy of mine (MAL) since I came back, mostly on one of the dustbowl servers (21?) and the fortwars server. Having a fucking blast. Relaxed rules, really cool people, all-talk is great, etc etc. Liked it so much I donated.

A little while ago I join the dustbowl server and hear this jackass on the mic talking shit to everyone. A regular fucking Buzz Killington. I later find out that this guy is an ADMIN. I find out later that he has banned people for using certain item combinations that he deems "retarded". I also later found out that this guy is always like this and that most (all?) the regulars on the server can't stand him. I asked them why they didn't make a complaint or something but they said there was no point cuz they would either get banned or nothing would be done about it. (I'm guessing he owns some/all of the servers?) Anyways the admin I'm referring to is Cinic.

He brings the whole server down every time he joins. As soon as he leaves everyone literally rejoices on mic. I know A LOT of the regulars in-game feel the same way but ya... idk if anyone is gonna back me up on this ... don't let me burn!
 
CiNiC's always a douche on mic. I have yet to see anything disproving this.

I've heard comments when the guy wasn't even ON the server "Dustbowl". If he's a RL friend so be it but it all goes with what kind of atmosphere you want on your servers.

So someone who's hardly been playing on here for any time steps up to make a complaint? You seem to move around TF2 communities quite a bit.

Your complaint is mainly based around hearsay, and if they were actually regulars they'd know they wouldn't get banned for complaining.

He doesn't own any of the servers, and if he did why would you complain about it? It seems ridiculous that you would come and ask who to complain to if you thought he owned the servers, what would anyone be able to do?
 
I'll record audio next time, since obviously this won't be taken seriously...despite everyone KNOWING this is an obvious problem.
 
I was trying to have HIM votekicked because he was being a dick with everyone. So he banned me.
 
Three votes in under 8 minutes. Didn't pass the first 2 times. Same exact thing I do to every other person who votespams.

I can recall it quite vividly. Backburner (OH LAWD). I made fun of him. Votekick on me, I laugh, doesn't pass. Votekick on me, I sigh, doesn't pass. Votekick on me again, complaint thread.

People complain about you in game all the time.. keeps it fresh I suppose. Just an observation.
 
You said were saying u were banning me for my spray. I clearly remember you calling me a faggot for having that spray too...hah. It wasn't until I checked on the server ban list that I saw you put it as "votespam". I had actually checked the server rules to see if I could use the spray (most servers don't like seeing pictures of fists up male asses...wtf?) and the rules said as long as it was legal in the US you could use it. Anyways even though there were tons of witnesses I'm sure none of them remember, and I have no proof so...

It was pointless for me to even bring it up.

My mistake, in that case. Was under the impression that the first for the "alltalk" was for a kick on me.

Dude, you COULDN'T have done this in the next day or something, so I could remember it?

If you're "the Goatse guy", then I know that other people on the server were complaining about your spray and wondering if I could do anything about it.

Gay porn the whole server's complaining about+Misc vote that I was confused on+Voting to kick me instead of muting me = ..?
 
We reserve the right to remove sprays though. You shouldn't be banned unless you continue to spray after a warning.
 
He resprayed it, I let it go since it was in a relatively obscure location, IIRC.

That spray is icky, I would prefer that you not spray it anymore.

I'm a personality, and separate from that, I carry out admin actions.
Excuse me? If you're talking about the Sticky Jumper/Ullapool demos on US29, that was Bottiger's ban, not mine. I gave Ruelel my rocket jumper so he could get (read: not get) Mantread kills on US7 Badlands the other day.
Yeah, a bunch of people have been angry with me lately because of different opinions.

Regardless, you had appeared to been doing a votespam - which I am mistaken for, I apologize. I saw one infringement - your disruptive spray - and assumed that you were doing votes afterward to continue a crusade, as most end up doing, regrettably. Asking someone a reason for doing a votekick and say, "HE'S A JERKFACE," isn't really the best.
