What's your Spy knife/watch/gun of choice, and why?

L'Etranger, Stock Knife, DR/Cloak and Dagger (Depends on situation), Red Tape (Because it's OP and annoys the hell out of people).
And this is IF I play spy, which I hardly do.
 
I use two loadouts for spy.

1. Dead Ringer --- Eternal Reward --- Fez --- L'Etranger

2. Dead Ringer --- Stock Knife --- Ambassador
 
I always use stock revolver (unless I feel like running the fez set) because it's easier to aim at those evil pyros that airblast you across the map.
My knife choice is usually my s.f. knife (<3) but if I feel like trolling on pubs, I use my YER (which is fun with an invisi watch) and in lobbies, I sometimes use the spycicle (if I'm running the DR) if there's a really very good pyro.
I'm comfortable with all the invisi watches so I just switch between them depending on map and situation, but it's ~75% DR.
And I don't touch the red tape recorder, even if there's a nest of 3 engies. It's just a crutch weapon for bad spies.
 
Strange Knife, Strange/Vintage Ambassador, Strange Dead Ringer.

No downfalls to the knife.
I have aim, so a great pistol.
Tactical advantage.
 
Knife, Amby, DR and C&D equally.

In competitive being able to sit in corners and call out any traps or say who's advancing from what side while sitting there invisible is a helpful tactic.
 
Spycicle: Helps me remain undetected by pyros.
Dead ringer: Helps me infiltrate the enemy base, and to make them paranoid even after their pyro checks an area.
Ambassador: It helps me deal with enemies from afar,I've handled snipers, engies. Once on Dustbowl, I was hiding by the first point after it fell, and saw a BLU heavy and medic. The medic had just gained a full uber. He performed the "Meet the Medic" taunt within my range. I can only imagine how that person was the moment they died.
 
You left out the Spycicle, the only alternative to the stock knife. YER and Kunai are for noobs.
 
I'm starting to use ambassador more because of the headshot crit but I also enjoy stock pistol. I use Strange Stock Knife and Dead Ringer and stock sapper.
