I believe in Germany a Nazi swastika is illegal in one way or another, but I think Skial goes by United States laws if I'm correct so I don't believe it applies here as 'illegal' but still considered racist to some degree, racism which is against Skial's rules.

The no racism rule also applies to sprays which is why you'd get punished if you sprayed something racist

I'll just say the Nazi swastika isn't allowed here, obviously. You'd have to ask someone else whether or not they will allow a real swastika

The Laws of any country are irrelevant (lets not get picky here with that statement) to the rules of a server, if the Admins say don't spray it than by God don't spray it or at least be man enough to not bitch when you get banned.

Can the admins make up their mind about the swastika. Either ban it or not dont keep having these conversations then some people get banned and some don't.
