Its not possible. That says vintage lugermorph with the community sparkle effect. It's only possible if it's a COMMUNITY or SELF MADE lugermorph.
 
Valve's horrible coding made the Self Made Lugers into Vint, while keeping the sparkles.
Oh, and it made it tradable, good job Valve.
 
Valve makes me :facepalm: sometimes. Like this weapon.
First, how the hell do you get a vintage lugermorph?
2nd, how is it community sparkles?
3rd, how do these even become tradeable???
