Don't think America is the only corrupted country. So many countries are. Some countries are better for something but then there is something else that is bad about them.

Example: Dutroux had kidnapped a total of 6 kids (always in pairs of 2), prissoned them, raped them and killed 4 of them, the other two got resqued. His wife knew about the children but everytime she had let her husband do what he wanted. He will never be released even though they let him request to get out of jail, make a whole day in the court for it but since people trying to kill them they have to get extra guards. All that costs us over 250.000 euros knowing he wont be released from prisson. His wife got released a year ago and that had cost us 400.000/day for few weeks to keep her safe where ever they were hiding her. So, while they could fix the roads, build schools, whatever is important and needed, with that money they get from our taxes that we pay... they threw it away

Sometimes the grass isn't always greener somewhere else. ;P

I totally agree, the need to accumulate wealth, possessions, and territory causes such a big divide amongst human beings. Capitalist society's are seeing the biggest gap between rich and poor that has ever been, so bad that we might actually see a division on the branch of our tree of life, i.e. 2 distinct species (not for a few years yet though)
One day we might see a new world, with true freedom, love for each other, but for now we have to put up with the super rich saying what a shame it is that the poor have to live that way. Its all about power, and I think human beings are starting to wake up to the fact that power holds us back from achieving peace and harmony, and I think the internet is a great catalyst in that movement.

I know that America isn't the only corrupted country, however it is sad that what used to be the world's biggest power is falling like this.

The US won't be going obscure for a very long while. As long as China remains economically dependant on the US and as long as Europe has got the US's back the US will remain the biggest power. Also, there's less support for the Republicans for every day that goes, showing that the US is becoming more and more progressive so I wouldn't worry too much that the entire world falls under Estonian rule in our lifetime.

Yeah, the Chinese are also willingly devaluing their currency through excessive printing of money as well as large-scale projects without thinking long-term so anything they say about economy I put in the same bag as my cat's shit.
