Got it.. BTBAM is too soft for me.. Nirvana was my starter, then it was Metallica, then I switched to gothic and doom (Moonspell, Anathema, Lacrimosa and so on), then it was Chris Barnes who became my idol and with his Cannibal Corpse metal era started for me, then when he moved to Six Feet Under I started listening grind on a daily basis (Morbid Angel, Suffocation).. Then switched to NU metal with Korn and Limp Bizkit and now I'm a big fan of Trance (Infected Mushrooms, Astral projection, Dogma) and dub step (Skrillex, Flux Pavillion).

Listen to a little bit of everything. Except apparently death metal because I've never heard of many of these bands. I recognize a few but don't listen to them.
Dur, too soft... Did you listen to The Silent Circus? That's my second favorite album of theirs. Includes one of the greatest mini-songs ever.
There was a band called Shy Shit.. For some time I liked this part of death metal genre called noise metal.. They usually had 60 tracks per album less than 1 minute each. Check out one of their epic "songs"...
