Skarmory is one of my favorites. Steel/flying type isn't super common, and the thought of having a stainless steel clad bird is just really cool to me.

I have a lot that tie for first place, mostly the Creation Trio + Arceus, as well as Zygarde (50%), but for non legends/mythicals, i have a HUGE soft spot for Torterra, Houndstone, and probably a few more I cant remember off the top of my head
