sometimes I wish there were admins present on Orange EU and/or the "community" present would take the time to read and vote such players out. So what is SKIAL's position on this?

Also, this is by far not the only incidence and I am feeling a bit uneasy that some people get away with that sort of behaviour and feel reassurance due to lack of consequences when calling people "fags", "niggers" (for playing demoman), "fucking XYZ" [XYZ being a nationality or "race"], "jew" etc with the intent to insult or debase.

Swaztikas are allowed, there is no hard and fast rule about someones political stance, unless it becomes discriminatory.
Racism is frowned upon from a great height, we ban all players who are racist, but we have to be made aware if an admin is not present.. use the report feature, it works.

Why? Not all people think it is used for hate. The Buddhists and Hindus consider it a very religious symbol. If i was to post a spray of a Cross, or a Magen David, would that be ok simply because those are more acceptable symbols in society?

Now before you begin the flaming, or the dumb ratings, i am not for anything that Hitler did. I am not a white supremest or anything along those lines. I just don't think that a symbol, unless it is rated +18 (nudity) should be not allowed.
 
Yes, the swastika is a religous symbol in Buddhism, I know because I am one. I am on Orange EU alot and I see a lot of racism too,.
 
I'm sick of this stupid argument. I see this almost daily everywhere but particularly this forum by people who want to get their bigoted spray and/or sign allowed.

Simply put gentlemen, the admins aren't retarded, you spraying a swastika over someone you just killed is more than likely not a hinduish stance of peace, or whatever you are claiming it to be. The same dumb argument could be used for the word "chink" as an antiquated phrase for a weakness is a "chink in the armor." Just because these words/signs can mean something else does not mean they do, in today's climate it's pretty simple, a swastika is a bad thing, racial words are bad things regardless of alternative meanings.

Online interaction being rated M does not give you leave to be a racist fuck.

Well if you go by the rules, (Sprays that are illegal as per the laws in the country where the server is located.) I think the only place it would be deemed as illegal is Germany.
Admins absolutely can not take any action against a player without a specific rule being broken.

At the same time:
Any insults regarding race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. Nobody on server being offended is not a loophole.
Offensive sprays are still technically insults imo.

A mass genocide of a religion vs your misinterpretation of a country's laws.

I'm done with this ridiculous argument - Ruelel has the correct stance in this reporters eyes, racism no matter how minute should be quashed.
