Play......whatever game it is that I happen to be working on at the time. That's about it. As it has been said, try to keep your mind off it and you'll be fine.

Either way, Vitamin C has diminishing returns so there's no need to guzzle down every Vitamin C beverage under the sun in an epic quest to cure what ails you.
Sleep, and water, and maybe a glass of OJ in the morning are all you really wanna be concerned about.
As for entertainment, video games, TV, or sleep. Don't overexert yourself.
