Problem solved. Well this is embarassing.

I accidentally made the font on my computer bold or something. See pic for what I mean.

How do I un-do this?

Try, re-applying the Windows theme.
Otherwise press the Windows key + R and type this: Rundll32 shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl,,5
Press the B (bold) button if it looks like it's pressed down.

I just googled a little for this, hope it helps altough i have never seen this type of issue before.
