If i want to play well, I just join valve maps us24 and it usually receives most of the votes. What I would do is create a few server with a map rotation for each game type. Well would obviously be included in the 5 point capture maps. You know have one server running a payload map rotation, ctf rotation, etc......
Because we all know playing one map all the time gets boring after a while. yet you like to stick to a certain game type.

I think this has potential to keep more people in servers longer.
