I have a question. What does it mean when you see someone posting stuff like this..

Normal Hats

  • --- Scout ---
  • Dillinger's Duffel (Level 41)
  • Fast Learner (Level 57)
    --- Soldier ---
  • Kringle Collection (Level 50)
    --- Demoman ---
  • Glengarry Bonnet (Level 32)
  • Tavish DeGroot Experience (Level 10)
What does the "levels" mean.
How does it help the weapon.
How does one get to higher levels.

Explanation would be good...thx :)

It doesn't really mean anything. Granted some levels have interest to collectors who obviously collect items of that level. Or some, like the 0,42,69,100 and double numbers and etc. levels usually get sold for more than your average level 10 or so.

Isil

Epic Skial Regular
it's a number randomly assigned to the item at creation

sometimes there are collectors who value items with a particular number (level)

More often than not this isn't the case

So typically the weapon is a level 10?
Does the price change if it is a certain level or does it have no bearing on the price.
