Good or bad?

If you're a decent heavy with a med that actually heals you and others the cart won't stop moving on payload

But there's no reason to use it over stock. It only stops really bad spies who might not even backstab you to begin with.

Either way, to stay on topic. Natascha is neat for pubs and stuff but isn't good for serious play.

My partner uses it pretty much exclusively on defense, and he's quite good with it in that way. I personally am not very good with it, so I just use variations of the stock minigun and do fine. Generally speaking he's a better player than I am in almost every way, so what do I know haha.

It's supposed to be annoying as fuck if you're a scout or other fast moving class. Scouts annoy the fuck out of me when I'm heavy because it's a bitch for me to kill you due to your speed. It slows you down to even things out a bit...or some other equally lame explanation haha.

I actually enjoy the Natascha in some situations. It was my first strange, so I suppose there's some sentimental value attached to it. Honestly, it holds chokes much better on defense than the stock mini. The slowdown is an absolute killer enemy pushes (and retreats). Natascha works great in conjunction with the Kritzkrieg as well, in my experience. The slower rev up time is torture. The weapon works great as a team weapon; you're not going to get as many frags as you would with the normal mini, but more often than not, (if your team is with you), the enemy will take a larger loss as their players are currently swimming through molasses as rollers, stickies, rockets and more pick them off.

TL;DR

It's a fun weapon to use, but obviously stock mini is the best overall.

As if a 300hp heavy needs another significant advantage..Valve really do like to lower the skill floor. Should be nerfed to have the slow down effect also linked to damage range, it should fall off..

That feel when you stab a Huo Long Heavy, and he calls you a hacker because you did it without catching fire.:D

Hou long Heater has a strange version now....

And that shit is so OP on BLU on payload maps :l
But that shit eats through ammo.
I used to use it a lot until I found my self running out of ammo constantly on Turbine.

It's a shame though, I really like it. I just stick to my semi-hard earned Poker Night Iron Curtain
