Watching Post-created Competative TF2

So I own a youtube channel and recently I've been trying to get into shoutcasting some matches. The only issue is that all that 6v6 and 9v9s are at 4 AM. I was wondering if anybody knew how to watch previously recorded matches.

Have teams send you the STVs of their matches.

They come to you in a .dem file type. Simply go into TF2 and type demoui in console. Now click load, then open the name of the demo. The demo will start playing and you can do your casting that way.

After I load the demo file into TF2, it says
"playdemo <demoname> : plays a demo file
Unknown command "demopauseafterinit"
and then it won't do anything

save the demo in steam/steamapps/username/tf2/tf then in the console type "playdemo <demoname>".

Type demoui2 in the console to be able to pause etc. Not sure what else to say if it doesn't work though
