Unfortunately, it's incredibly hard to exchange TF2 items for CS:GO skins, but I've managed to do it. You just need to put them on Steam Marketplace (in case you have it open) or use an external one and then get yourself some skins. The first option is faster and the second one takes a couple of days, but it is still worth it; anyways, you don't put any efforts into it.
