Declined VSH2 Models Update

It overhauls all of the models within VSH including animation refinements and hitbox improvements. I feel this would benefit being added as this would improve a large number of things.

For these two, the models are slightly cleaner, but a bigger improvement is their animations, hithoxes, and effects.

I think it's less about the visual changes and more about the change to the hitboxes and animations, unless there's a problem there as well.

The model update is primarily focused on hitbox and animation updates with only minor model improvements, I even can see some minor changes on the CBS model.

Both "V1" and "V2" shown here are different versions of the model replacement mod.

Confusing, I know, but you should be looking at the ones labeled "old" and "new".

Additionally, a bug that made parts of zombie-vagineer invisible was fixed, hitboxes were updated to more accurately represent the model, and vagineer's uber textures were fixed.
