Approved [VSH] Update egyptyspot and apg

Old apg reworked thread was approved but never added https://www.skial.com/threads/vsh-update-apg_reworked.90539/. This newer version also boasts a 66% smaller file size.

Egyptyspot has had some changes to make it more similar to the older version as per the requests of some players.

• Island hut is back.
• Island roundabout is larger
• Midwall is taller
• Lone tower is taller
• Stand cliff is taller
• Additional ammo packs
