KGB on it's own (read: in a 1 v 1 scenario) is fine, as you need to land 3 hits to be able to tank another hit from hale, but problems begin to arise once you add in either a mad milk scout or a medic, with mad milk, KGB heavies heal for a whopping 250 health on hit, medic can overheal him to 600 health, so what i want to suggest is slapping a -50% health from healers ("health from healers reduced" item attribute index 69) onto it so it doesn't synergize as well with the mad milk, (160 health on hit instead of 250) and makes medics take longer to heal him up to full overheal. if this is "too much" then i instead suggest nerfing it's damage to 225 on hit, similar to persian persuader. both ways make mad milk far less effective when combined with the KGB.

It's kinda ridiculous how easy it is to mitigate the risk of literally walking up to Hale and punching him with a handy scout on hand
