when a new round starts, everybody is frozen in spawn for 10 seconds before the round actually starts. except hale, hale can walk out of spawn, close the usually small distance between his spawn point and the enemy spawn; walk into spawn and kill a handful of people before the round actually starts. people frown on exploits of this bug but some people still do it, so i suggest fixing this?

I always wondered why he could move when everyone else couldn't. I guess it's an oversight by the plugin programmers, as it doesn't seem to have a Cvar for this
