Declined [VSH] Fix shortstop, medigun not using your own items

The shortstop and medigun on VSH do not use your skins. These are the only modified weapons that have this issue.

It can't be done, all mediguns are replaced with a specific version. I assume the same with the shortstop.

Not all mediguns, just stock medigun variants. Kritzkrieg, Vaccinator etc. all get the VSH Medigun modifiers and retain their models without any issues. Items like the Huntsman also get their modifiers without having to be converted.
