Approved [VSH/FF2] Remove vsh_minegay_b3_fixe

The vsh_minecraft_b4b_skial was added but, why not just remove this shitty vsh_minegay old map after we added a new minecraft map

it still have old minegay map when i go nominations.

The minegay is bad map because, its campy and and run upstairs
