New [VSH] Add vsh_squid_game

Hey Look! Lotta didn't make a meme map!

This is a new map I made for vsh. Based on squid game, I would say that it looks quite nice. It's a pretty faithful map to the tea, but I added some extra stuff that should make the playing experience nicer for TF2. Given the success of ze_squid_game, I believe people would heavily enjoy this map for vsh, and I've given it some extra flare so it can hopefully stand out a little more.
