Approved VSH | Add Shipment From CoD 4

This map is liquid nostalgia from 2007. One of the more popular maps in all gaming, it's battlefield wasn't very large, but it had great elegance. I thinking bringing this map to VSH should be a popular idea. Also, downloading it wont take very long.

I've tested the map, and it works fine.

- Spawns work properly.
- There are health packs and ammo packs.
- All the crate platforms are reachable and can be built on by engineers.

The only con is that the skybox is a little low for mantread-liblauncher soldiers.

+1. ive always loved the shipment map from COD4, it would be really great if skial added the map onto the VSH Server,
