Voting to for 30 min removed?

I just noticed today That the vote to ban someone for 30 min is not there any more. Is this permanent? Anybody know?

Too many players abused it to falsely ban innocent players and it led to hundreds believing they're falsely banned by Skial staff

lol for vote to actually pass it takes a lot of F1 votes, which happens rarely and never when you actually want to remove aimboter.
That voting was great to make griefers and trollers to stop.
