This guy ruined a couple of rounds of Badwater by building and encouraging other engies to build grief teles back to spawn, and when confronted bragged about being banned from Skial servers before and yet back again to be a jerk. Mods...please.​

We know he has a history, but even with that an admin still has to see him continuing to break the rules to act or we need some evidence. We can't ban based off a past record and someone saying "he broke the rules again"
