Declined Use the Steam Workshop as an alternative for adding maps.

(sorry if I couldn't think of a better title)

Before anyone asks, this isn't a suggestion to completely switch over to workshop-only maps, but as an alternative to the usual GameBanana/whatever for maps that are also hosted on the workshop.

Advantages for this includes:
- instantaneous map updates if you're subscribed to the map's submission page
- not having to use suffixes (since each update simply replaces the previous version)
- updates can be instantly reverted by the map's author (in case something went wrong with the current version)

Auto updating maps are a downgrade and inferior in many ways.

If there is an exploit, the server is instantly exploitable.

Any map owner can add a version to crash everyone on the server when we're not paying attention.

Stripper configs can silently break.

It is better to manually set the map version and update when needed. If a new version is worse, we can't choose not to upgrade.
