Unrestricted FOV Plugin

Now that the Open Plugin is unusuasable and VAC detected this is a nice server side alternative that allows FOVs outside of the client min/max ranges. Default is 20min and 130max.

Might be a good candidate for a donor/ap only command.

In the same way that people that knew about it would have an advantage over those who didn't. Only issue I foresee is spies would have a hard time against someone using it.

if this was tested to see if it would fuck with SMAC then i'd be fine with it being on skial servers as long as it was advertised in chat for anyone to use

You have to go a good bit beyond 130 to get the wallhack effect.

Then don't make it donor only? If that's the only reason you don't like it.

I just did a quick search of it to see if anything could be wrong and linked the first thing I saw :|

Also, last time we had something that got around sv_cheats (3rd person) people got accused of wallhacks...

that's for a CLIENT side plugin that bypassed the insecure check and allowed users to play on vac servers while in insecure mode

Its not classed as an advantage to those who know how to set their fov to 90 as opposed to the default of 70, but I don't think it should be a donor only thing, if available it should be to all, as 90 is just narrow, put your hands at 90 degrees to each other as 'blinkers' on the side of your head and you will see how restrictive 90 really is.
I would love up to 130 as standard, but its got to be available to all.

Would you really want something valve was against using on our servers?
even it wasn't just about changing the fov in general, i wouldn't poke around that kinda stuff unless it was given an ok by valve
not to mention....
