Unmod Custom maps Server LA
I suggest we have an unmod custom maps server. Since its custom maps the general quickplay user wont be joining who is just looking to have a pleasnt time in tf2. Only people who have a hard time following the rules but also enjoy playing skial servers will be joining this server. If some one doesnt like the unmod server they can always join a regular skial server. Just have the regular vote menu system and allow the server to decide if some one should be muted or banned. This server will not be hooked up to source bans and no report system.

In a server with no rules there cannot be any of these things possible. So now, no one can accuse each other of being racist since there is no such thing as racism on this server.
