uncraftable items are bought from the mann co store. the 100 tosslecap might be worth a little more to collectors but i'm not sure

You can't buy it from the store. You can only get it as a random free gift when you buy over $20 from the mannco store

It seems like more people would think a Stalhelm and a painted Tosslecap to be worth more than a scout weapon you can't craft with.
