Uncraft Pan?

Just saw a guy with a UC version of a Frying Pan. Just wondering if it's rare.

The pan was a promo from L4D2, which is why it's weird to see an uncraft.

Fuuu.. It was a server mod.. Weirdly enough his was the only pan that was uncraft.
