This was said in a trade server. As long as it's not too frequent, doesn't interfere with trade chat, and it relates to trade, it makes sense to have key-binds like this. Looking at the player's logs, I wouldn't consider this spam. However, if he keeps it up at this pace and does it more - this will be reconsidered. For now, it looks like he stopped.

It could be, but he stopped, is not a repeat offender, and did the message only a few times. If he keeps it up, we can take another look and reconsider.
