Any other information
Besides the obvious toxic nature of his name, "Uncle Albott Loves Femboys" implies that femboys (defined as a slang term for a young, usually cisgender male who displays traditionally feminine characteristics) are inferior of nature, which would be no different than saying "Person X Loves Blacks" implying that blacks are inferior. Skial openly accepts all genders, sexual orientation, and appearances, and such discriminatory and toxic behaviour is prohibited.

Based on yesterday's report, it is obvious that this player, along with his e-friends, like to gang up on random players and report them to Skial systematically whereas those random players may not have the wit to report them. Skial should be applying the rules equally to all players.

In addition, I'll note that Skial's typical ban pattern is one day, followed by one week, followed by one month, and finally a perma ban. However, based on this player's history, he seems to have escaped that pattern:
He goes from a one month ban, to being unbanned, and now DOWN to a one week ban. Skial admins, can you please explain why, in your opinion, you believe you are not engaging in favoritism? Again, all players should be equally treated.

He changed his name, he's been punished. I don't see why they should be punished further if they've removed the previous name, and hasn't gone to the players profile or anything and harassed them there

I will note, Skial admins, that MarshTag is among those in the reported player's friends that like to gang up on random players and report them on this forum. His comments are irrelevant for the purposes of disciplinary sanctions.

It looks like his name was changed before a decision was given for the report.

The ban/silence sequence you described is not mandatory, as admins have discretion to increase or reduce based on the circumstances.

If he continues or changes his name to harassment in the future, you can report it.

Keyword typical pattern, which is not set in stone and ultimately based on admin discretion. For example I give longer mutes depending on the severity of the problem, how long ago the last punishment was etc.

Based on this player's pattern of reporting players, he above all else should know the rules of the server and should set an example for everyone. But that doesn't appear to be the case. "Admin discretion" invites scrutiny and certainly appears admins are engaging in favoritism.

His last mute was 1 month for racism, he won't do it again. This is less severe than racism and it's very apparent baiting for reports is not tolerated. He won't do it again because he knows it will be a way longer silence next time.

The goal is to make players stop breaking rules instead of just punishing

So discrimination against femboys is less severe than racism? Since when? Is that written in the server rules? Is a homophobic slur worse than a racial slur? Or are you making up rules under the guise of "admin discretion" just because you'd feel awkward doling out the default sanction to a player you're in constant touch with? There's a term for that in the financial sector: "regulatory capture".

I fail to see how that name is discriminating femboys, I also fail to see what point is for you to ramble here on forums when you have played on the servers for 3 hours in total and last time 9 days ago. Got muted for antisemitism and homophobia. It's hard to believe you actually care for anything you've said in this post and are actually just are here to argue for the sake of it

If you don't have anything else to add, are we done here?

I could make the same point that the reported player cares about racism when he himself has been sanctioned for racism.

You sound in denial but rather frustrated that I've made some perfectly valid points regarding your so called "admin discretion". I very much now understand why Skial has lopsided sanction administration: Skial admins lack the temperament and judgement that would otherwise be required of such roles.

Ye's been dumbing reports and laughing at genuine ones since he received a mute or something, so I'm not surprised hes trying to kick up a fuss about it

I also dont see how "some guy loves femboys" is even remotely discriminatory, other than using some mental gymnastics to try and get a one up on a bad experience.

When I used to play on the 2fort servers, there was a user there with the name "your local femboy" They were never punished for having the name "femboy" in the name, so why should love femboys be punished for having "femboy" in the name?

I'd say about the only favouritism here is me sticking up for Gala cos hes incredibly reasonable

Also, Marsh, one of my best friends on the server, fia, commonly refers to themselves as a femboy, never had a bad experience from them

"[Player that I have a grudge against] loves femboys" has a negative connotation as if to say they are inferior. You are only disputing this very obvious fact because you are the reported player's henchman.

Not only that, it seems I thought he was this person https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/[U:1:1174030837]

Actually he's this one who is currently muted for 1 month for racism https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/[U:1:323757004]

He's currently playing on a death run server with his alt account he started coincidentally connecting right after this one got muted

Just gonna point this out too

The last report on Uncle Abbot, which was successful, you laugh reacted
https://www.skial.com/threads/uncle-albott-homophobia-and-extreme-toxicity.103780/
Then you post a screenshot of Seminal, who is a regular reporter

That's not including the constant dumbing and laugh reacting to try and rebel against the system

After using an alt, and using the logic that loving something is making them inferior, despite the fact you went from "Master Aryan Race" to "BLACK POWER"

People like you give me hope that I truly am improving in life. It's never too late to change, my dude.
