Those guys sure have patience and give a lot of one-on-one time. Have they considered teaching as a career path?

I never feel bad when this happens to people. When I started playing video games (on a 28.8k modem) there was nobody to help me. I had to figure shit out. And it's so easy now to do things compared to Windows 98 days...

Honestly if you can:
  1. Download Steam
  2. Install TF2
  3. Find and connect to a server
  4. Find chat/voice chat key to ask questions
Then you can press ESC and mess around with options and figure things out.

I know, its so stupid. Someone tried to do this to me when I was new, but I put iot together in my head that if W is bound to forward, and if its unbindall then its obvious it's gonna screw something up.

I usually help new users. I just felt in this situation, making a 8 year old kid not be able to play TF2 is a good thing... for him, his family and his well being. He should be playing LEGOs. REAL TALK!
