Unban the f. huntsman?

So it seems the festive huntsman is banned on DeGroot. Not entirely sure why, might be the lights?
But it's impossible to equip it on DeGroot. Any fixes for it?

Valve is lazy... *coughcough episode3 coughcough* That's why they haven't made it legal yet. It was created recently, and other examples of laziness include the scout's pistol-reload glitchy thing.
