So i played on Turbine US yesterday, it was 3 caps. A few hours later i went to Turbine LA and it was 4 caps. Any explanation?
Edit: I forgot to mention that it was still 4 caps a couple of days ago i believe. So does it change every few hours, every 2 days? I'm confused..
