Truces in Surf Maps

I've seen admins say this and a lot of people do it. Yet, a lot of people are saying that truces don't exist because it's not in the rules. Are there truces?

i'd say truces should be there.
but honestly weapons should be disabled on surf since it's a surf server.

Are there any specifics to the truces? I think there should be a sort of rules to truces since everyone wants to see them

well there are no rules for truces.
however honestly
its a freakin surf server. if they're gonna fight they can go to a regular server and not ruin surfers
