On Badwater US4
troyowns, started Votes to Kick, Mute, Ban, etc to random people in the server.
Pretty sure they all failed. But after a wile people started to leave the server fast.
He acted like an idiot saying he didnt know what to do or whta he was doing.

CreepingDeath, got his ID.

He put up random votes up after another, but sadly I only got 3 saved before contacting CreepingDeath and starting the thread.
