Snappy movement combined with natural movement, snapping through walls to heads, strange microsnap after shooting (inhuman, not jittery) etc

He's been reported a bunch of times. We've seen him play and he appears to be legit. Yes, he does abnormally snap, but it does not appear to be cheats or aimbot.

It gets quite weird in some moments, there have been weird inhuman snaps to engi building's centers through walls, invisible spy's head, medic head through wall, and really dubious shots on a thermal thruster pyro in the air, along with a perfect horizontal aim movent - definitely very suspicious stuff, should be monitored if anything else pops up with 'em
