To copy over the TS viewer into default skin

we've been running Ts viewer in the dark theme for awhile and had several people saying hey we should bring this over to the stock view for everyone so here goes

but thats why there are moderaters and admins i dont mind muting people and or kicking them

also the whole reasoning to having the viewer in the first place was to attract more users so we could also have a way to always come find an admin instead of trying to always add them and then come to a server u could hop on say hey theres something afoot at the circle k and said admin would hop in his phone booth and be on his way to deal with the offenders

not many as you have to know said dark theme is here to see it.... thats why we call it a test run on the dark theme

I like the idea, but not how it's implemented on the Dark Theme, it does look a bit cluttered

I don't know why people are afraid of new users in the TS server, it keeps it from being dead a lot of the time.
