Titles adding requirements

So, i was wondering how many votes one tittle needs to get before being added to the collection, a tittle i suggested "Duck" and a tittle a friend of mine suggested "Hat" are currently on top, so that's why i was wondering.

There really isn't a specific requirement, I try to add some from time to time. But I would like to see more than 6 votes. Not sure if that's possible though.

I just don't want the shop to be cluttered with too many titles that only a handful of people want to buy. The list is already huge.

those that i have mentioned have 15 (duck) and 26 (hat) votes, so already a lot of people
